A native Houstonian, Lance graduated from Memorial High School in 1980, went on to the University of Texas at Austin where he received his degrees in business administration and marketing, and attended graduate school at McCombs Graduate School of Business in Austin. Since the 1980s, Lance has successfully acquired an influential background in building sales, office leasing, marketing and divesting. He also possesses wide-ranging understanding of business management through his experiences owning and managing both private and public companies. The "Lance philosophy" as a real estate agent is that he must earn his clients business by putting their complete satisfaction first and foremost. He believes that satisfied clients generate repeat business and referrals. Throughout his career, Lance has had the honor of representing many deserving clients in the Houston area. He first entered the world of residential real estate and then became a top producer, focused on the West University, River Oaks, Bellaire and Close-In Memorial neighborhoods. Now Lance continues his work as a luxury-home agent for both buyers and sellers throughout the Houston area. As a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed real estate broker, a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Lance values the trust of his clients and the respect of his fellow brokers and agents. In his free time, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Valerie and their dog Maxwell. He is also a competitive triathlete, so he is always running, biking or swimming.
