My house is a three-story historic home. It is centrally located, not too far from downtown, you will be close to?? everything! The Medical Center is a 10-minute, street drive by car.On the first floor is the museum space allocated as a getaway staycation, which you will not have access to. It is the second/third floor that is available (1200 sqft). The second floor houses a fully functioning kitchen, living, master bedroom with king-size four-post bed, bath, and laundry with washer and dryer in unit. The third-floor is an attic-loft space with a twin bed and exercise equipment. The two units (the first floor and second/third floor are separated; there are no shared spaces, not even the backyard. The backyard is reserved only for the second/third floor tenant, which will be you, and all guests downstairs will have street parking only. No one but you should be parked in the backyard or going in the backyard. The backyard is for the second/third floor tenant only. The backyard can have up to five cars, and the rest of the area can be for leisure. But please know that I have two property managers and a cleaning service who have access to the backyard in order to enter the first floor property.
