Management is doing a great job at fixing things up. I look forward to more upgrades. I have noticed lots of trash under the stairwells and in the garage, but I am sure there is a plan to fix these things.

The apartment as a whole is great. Safe parking garage with nightly security. The people for the most part keep to themselves. 2 pools so never felt over crowded . The units are large for what you pay for. In a good area of town with walking distance to bars and restaurants. But!! The walls are paper thin and can hear my neighbors alarm go off in the morning. The halls can get dirty with trash and dog poop. The gym needs to be upgraded, most of the equipment doesn’t work. The dog parks are just... gravel and mud and need to be securely fenced in if I wanted to take my dog off the leash at a dog park! It is an older building so issues with water leaks and pressure. My ac went of a few time in the 2 years we lived heat but with any issue maintenance was right there to fix all problem quickly (hats off to them). I love it here this is my 3rd time trying my lease we recently got new management excited to see what changes they will make . I’m also excited about the community events they have been hosting

I really enjoy living here, the amenities make daily life more comfortable. The neighborhood is also a big plus: it feels safe, convenient, and has everything I need close by. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m happy to call this place home.
