Don’t expect to ever have any maintenance request completed, cars get towed for the slightest thing like touching the line with tire. The main office is worthless, they are not of any help. Make sure to move expensive items into home at night so no one will see what you have otherwise they’ll break into your home.

I’ve submitted several service request and nothing was ever done for any of them. Except if I look at my service requests, they all look completed. My showers have very little and sometimes no water pressure. We can take showers sometimes. I have video evidence and photos. Our kitchen sink has that same issue. The faucet head doesn't work.

The biggest issue is management! My car got towed for not having a parking permit even though I was never given one when I first moved in and they could not assist in any way and the people working in the office will brush you off regarding any maintenance issues, etc . The complex is riddled with many problems, including but not limited to roach infestations. Do not recommend!!!

Great location,surrounded by great amenities, Kroger, discount stores, etc., management very helpful, professional, pet issues, maintenance issues, and so forth, good fitness center, good dog park.

Great, quick to get it, awesome place, surely will enjoy my time here.
