Other buyers have decided it is better to buy now with a higher interest rate but with today’s sales price instead of overpaying for a home later due to increased buyer competition in the summer months or when rates drop.” Angelina adds, “There are even lenders that are offering no-cost refinances later when you use them as your lender now”. Angelina recommends that sellers consider listing their homes sooner rather than later if it makes sense. She explains that each situation is different but sellers may have fewer competing listings right now if they list before the summer. Angelina declares “Early spring buyers are motivated buyers!” Sellers and buyers both need a Realtor with decades of wisdom and insight to formulate the best game plan. Along with her Broker’s license, attained in 2016, Angelina offers her clients ingenuity, diligence, and the wisdom that comes with almost 400 successful transactions.
