Welcome home friend! I'm looking to find a tenant to move into my townhome in the heart of Montrose starting May 10th, 2025. The first story is all yours, and private room and bath is large enough for a king bed, has desk nook, french doors to the... backyard, travertine tile floors, and TWO closets. Garage parking is included and the townhome is in a gated community. Rent is $1,150 a month plus fluctuating utilities such as water, electricity, etc. each month. I have previously done a flat rate for all utilities and happy to offer that option again. Ideally, I would like to confirm someone for a 6-month agreement, but this is negotiable. The house is fully furnished in the common areas (dining table, couches, kitchen etc) and your private room and private bathroom will be empty for your bedroom furniture and personal belongings.

The location itself is perfect to go for a run or bike ride on the bayou, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and my favorite nail salon! 7 minutes to downtown, 15 mins to the med center, 15 mins to the galleria and very cheap Uber to any bar in the loop.
