The ground floor apartments flood and the management does nothing to fix that issue. Flooding is a health and safety issue that should have been dealt with as soon as the complaint was made, but the issue was never addressed at all. The amount you pay for rent is not worth the flippant management and lack luster appliances that may or may not work. Parking is awful, never enough spots for how many apartments there are. They started patrolling with a towing service recently, they are probably... hoping to solve the parking issue, but the lots themselves are poorly designed. These apartments wouldn't be worth it if they were free. Don't waste your money on this place and find something that doesn't flood and has microwaves included.

I honestly love loving here. The location is great, the apartment is updated & clean. My neighbors are quiet & nice as well. The complex is has some cool amenities as well. The only thing I would add is a play ground for the families with young children.
