Management is not responding any service request. Don't have light and fan in the living area. We have one month old bady still they are not responding to my request. Maintance is too worst. Leasing office staff behaving irresponsible.

Please avoid staying in this society. If you do not want mental peace then you are most welcome.
Property staffs do not know the amenities provided to the Apartments.
They take minimum a month to resolve a minor complain raised by resident so think of raising a bigger issue.
You need to remind the complains multiple times then only these property staffs will notice the issue.
They hardly receives the phone call you make for any queries or problems.

It a wonderful place to live at Calloways Las Colinas being one of the peaceful atmosphere in a pleasant environment as one of the best communities in my sense.

I’ve not had a serious negative experience that has swayed me to consider moving, but the number of headaches (washer, dryers breaking, not being able to get in contact with management) are too frequent for me to praise Calloway at this current moment. If you need a place to stay there are far worse options. But please remember at the end of the day there is no perfect complex.
