We have lived here since it opened. This place used to be the envy of all of the apartments around here. They have since switched management and they are GARBAGE! We and all of the neighbors we are friendly with are all leaving at the end of our leases. Don’t be sucked in by the (admittedly) beautiful apartments… if you move here you should be prepared to have your a/c go in and out particularly in the summer, water pressure issues all the time, the lights go out very easily when there is any... rain or wind, long waits for maintenance requests, and I hope you don’t have a pet because they aren’t prepared for pets, enjoy the landmines as there are never any bags for folks to clean up after their dogs, and the complex surely doesn’t, and lastly I hope you never get caught in the elevator because they have gone out of service more that what feels safe.

Dont Rent Here!!!!!!
If you’re thinking about renting here please look around at other places in Fort Worth. This is by far the worst rental property company that I have ever experienced in all of my rental history. So you’ll pay $119 for the first application and about $70 for all other applicants. They won’t take into account your rental history that happened during Covid when people could barely make rent and had to depend on programs to help. They come up with so many excuses not to rent to you. Don’t waste your... time especially if you’re trying to moving from out of state.

Great Experience so far!
I just signed my lease papers today! I am so excited to be moving into Solar at Ft Worth!! Alyssa has been amazing along with the Manager and other staff that I have been in contact with! They made the whole process easy and stress free!!! I’m sure I will be writing another great review when I am able to move in toward the end of November!! Currently waiting for the apartment I chose to be finished being built. ??
