I have been a resident here for one year. I love the facilities and my home. The lazy river in the pool is amazing! The office staff is great, and the maintenance gets my work orders done right away!

The new manager is presumptuous, she called me to get an update on my ceiling and I told her I wasn't satisfied with the way it turned out. The manager Sarah and the maintenance team came to my apartment unit and first thing she said was that she smelled something and gave us the run around about the ceiling. She said my apartment smelled like cbd, she seen my boyfriend pull out a disposable vape and was asking if that was an illegal substance; which has nothing to do with the ceiling issue they... originally came for. But what I don't understand was how it went from coming to look at water damaged ceiling to my unit not smelling like hallways but smelling funny "to her"!! Don't waste your money or time. Especially having to deal with a staff that speculates things
