The pool is my favorite spot. I love to lay out there as they have it so pretty and it use to be raided by teens back around like 2023 but since they started the bands those and doing pool checks the pool has been peaceful. I do staff around sometimes and they are always sweet. I did watch Joey Emily and Josie doing a video at the pool once seemed kind of funny.

Friendly staff, property is well maintained. There’s always some type of fun event going on to get to know your neighbors and service requests are responded to promptly!

I would really like to shout out Emily from the leasing office, she was incredibly helpful when my roommate and I were searching for a place. Emily was part of the reason I wanted to live at the Jameson, she was positive, honest, and always responded to our emails quickly! I have really enjoyed my time here so far everyone I have run into is kind and helpful. The area is always clean and well maintained!

I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed my experience! Maintenance is helpful and the office answers the phone and replies to emails in a prompt manner.

I like this complex because it's close to the downtown but not in the 7th or Sundance square area which is nice. Its not overly priced and has nice amenities. They did add a mini market which is dangerous for someone like myself because that ice cream is calling my name.
