Management is always MIA or has an excuse as to why they aren't answering their phones or email. Dumpsters are always overfilled and tenants will continue to pile trash in front of the canister causing trash to blow everywhere. Nobody picks up their dog's waste when they walk them around the property. Management sent out several emails but nothing changed. Georgetown High School Band Auditorium is literally next to the property and you can hear them practicing during the week and playing at... the football games. Not worth what they are charging because even the apartments aren't "upgraded" with amenities that other complexes have for the same price but better quality.
