They gave a random man my unit number and key to my apartment for a self tour (no apartment staff was present) and they did not notify me. I asked if they could release me just one month early from my lease end date as a result and they still refused despite endangering my safety and the safety of the prospective tenant.

I moved in two weeks ago and the process couldn’t have been smoother. 415 has exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The amenities and common areas are bright, cherry, modern and welcoming. The furniture and designs are gorgeous. And the building is always so immaculate . All the details in the apartment were so thoughtfully crafted, including blackout shades in the bedroom and beautiful lighting throughout. I love that all the lights have dimmers creating a warm ambiance. Lastly, 415 has... several community events throughout the month. I have lived in a lot of high rises and this one is the best I have ever seen! Exceptional management, fantastic neighbors and phenomenal location. I moved from LA recently and I didn’t know anything about Austin. I am so lucky I picked this building!
