I have been a resident at Kilby for almost one year and I am very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas. Hallway carpets are dirty, trash is often left outside bins against community rules, dogs use interior grassy areas causing bad odors, and floors are not properly cleaned. The cleaning robot frequently stops due to low battery, and grills are not cleaned regularly. I have complained multiple times with no effective action taken. Management should walk... the property and see these issues firsthand. Unfortunately, I am now considering moving out.

POOR MANAGEMENT
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Now under new management and not for the best. 1. Towing at discretion of tow company 2. ROACH ROACH infestation (all floors) 3. Key entry system, always locks you out 4. Choose anywhere else

Kilby is average. If you work from home or rely on having WiFi 24/7 you will be disappointed. The WiFi & Cable service is awful and you can’t do anything about it. WiFi goes down at least once a week. No worries though, you’ll receive a regular email apologizing for these “rare” outages.
I assume the office staff stays busy searching for new templates to email out for future outages…including the elevators, parking garage gates & doors. Dogs are allowed but don’t expect your neighbors to pick... up their dogs ____ from the hallways. Instead expect another email with empty threats.
On a positive note, it’s quiet and I’m grateful for that. Maintenance is good.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We came here to tour the apartment and the lady said she will be back in 5 mins and she kept on ignoring us. Never going to stay here. They lost us as residents.

Internet unstable
Don't live here if you plan on working from home the Internet sucks and is never reliable. I would rather pay for my own plan that actually works. Now I'm stuck with no compensation for the internet not working.
