I recently moved in to this apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I first inquired about the property, Nikko, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that the leasing process went smoothly.
The apartment itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall comfort. The location is convenient, the building is well-maintained, and the neighbors... are friendly.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live, and I especially want to thank Nikko for his exceptional customer service. Don’t waste your time applying. They will tell you that you got approved and then you have to wait weeks for the “offer letter” just for them to say you no longer have to apartment you were promised.

Golf Ball Heaven
Second time a golf ball hit my windshield costing me thousands. Golf course doesn’t care neither does the apartment manager.

DO NOT RENT HERE
Awful, dog poop everywhere, not kid friendly, rent will go up, electric bills are outrageous, ac unit went overboard multiple times, never any parking, very low quality, walkways are dirty, designated trash area is always over flowing and disgusting.
