One word. parking. you can pay for a car port but they will not tow an unauthorized vehicle in your spot.

I’ve tried for MONTHS to get a tow truck sent here but every time it’s unsuccessful. And the solutions the front office suggests don’t work. I’ve even waited in my car for 2 hours to see if it would come but it never did.
So you may as well park in other peoples paid spots because there aren’t any consequences apparently.

They gave me a number to call that will inform the overnight... maintiance to go and take a picture of the vehicle and contact a manager (who may or may not be sleeping) so that they can call the towing company on your behalf. It’s completely convoluted and does not work!

Just pay the extra money to have a 24/7 patrol tow truck or allow residents to authorize a tow!

over priced for how shanty the "renovation" is. when we moved in, the apartment was filthy. it was like the last tenant moved out & they immediately moved us in. there was screws & rust in the master bed toilet, the drains were clogged, it seemed like the only thing "pre-inspected" was the carpets. i found many things the last tenants had left that were simply painted over & left. the renovation is so poorly put together. our wifi router cord is stapled under the new carpet, there is a crack in... the master bath mirror from where they drilled it in, the floor boards of the cabinets aren't even filled in all the way. just large holes in the corners from where they did not finish. they often shut off the water in my building & usually do not communicate until after the water has been shut off. presently, the pool has been closed for a month-- and it's summer. the gym hours are office hours, so i do not get to use either of the amenities. maintenance does not call before entering, or come on the date requested. they also don't fix the problems presented. honestly, i moved here because i knew a lot of people who lived here and enjoyed it a few years ago. My little sister was supposed to move in to this apartment today. We get there and we get our keys and get to the apartment the apartment is filthy dirty like construction is being done. We had the uhaul since yesterday movers ready to move things.
The leasing lady there was so rude when i asked her where is she supposed to go they are leasing an apartment that is not even ready.

Between them losing a large number of apartment keys and not changing the locks to the emergency maintenance staff being rude and argumentative as well as the leasing office staff not willing to take a look at the issue an resolve it entirely instead of patching it up. Also they lack in communication as a whole.
