Total dump
Filthiest community Ive ever seen, or lived in. . Where to start. The Residents at the depot make the experience resemble living in a dog kennel. Trash is left every where around the property, every day. Pet owners let their dogs defecate in front of their neighbors doors. Ive heard multiple residents complain about their apartments reeking day/night of smoke from their neighbors constant smoking inside their apartments. Not Cigarettes. So it reeks of non cigarette smoke in all the... apartments, elevators, all over the property. Food and drink spilled in elevator and hallways, and STAYS THERE for months, usually its never cleaned up. Dog urine in the elevator….1 resident had to start cleaning up around the property because she could not take it anymore. Lastly several residents are airbnb-ing their units, I see strangers with duffle bags coming in and out, so you can forget feeling secure. Packages get stolen in less then 30 minutes from your door way. Another resident had items stolen out of her garage carport. And residents and/or residents guests have started urinating in corners/hallways. Not dog urine, people are urinating in walkways etc. I cant say whether building mgmt is negligent or understaffed. I can say it RPM living is the worst management company Ive ever rented from.

Building isn’t well maintained. Walls are paper thin. Had several instances where simple maintenance requests weren’t addressed, but the staff claimed they had . Staff lied and refused to apologize or anything. Quite unprofessional.

Not worth the headache... or the price
Check out the crime rates before moving in, multiple break-ins including a car theft at gunpoint. If you want any customer service, speak only with Wendy - she is amazing. The property manager is incredibly rude and passive of any concerns. Get corporate's number, the manager will also refuse to escalate incredibly important concerns to management himself.
Nice apartments, maintenance is good, Wendy is fantastic, but with the crime rates and manager Jacob it is not worth the price. There are... other downtown apartments that are much more secure and safe while providing that downtown feel - check out Trinity Urban Bluffs if location and a good management team is what you’re after! If you choose The Depot make sure you know your legal rights and invest in a great security system AND garage parking.

Perfect Place
This is a perfect place to live in fortworth. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wendy is awesome , she showed me place around and helped me complete all paper work. I was here for work and only had few days to look for apartment and complete all forms to get started. Wendy took her time and get me going within 3 days.
I drove all the way from California but couldn't make it on time before office closed, I called in morning letting Wendy know that I won't make it on time but I will need a way... to get in apartment. She left it open for me so that I can get in.
When I first entered apartment, I was beyond surprised. Apartment was all clean and ready to move in, with a welcome kit and note. I lived in many apartment buildings in California but never had such level of service.
It is right next to Downtown FortWorth, you can literally just walk to downtown. One of the safest place to live. It also have 24 hour fitness center, pool, zen lounge. Needless to stay apartments have lot of space and well built.
