We lived in this apartment for two years without any major issues, but the move-out process completely changed our experience. After we vacated the unit and returned our keys, the management continued to charge us for utilities we did not use and could not have used. Even after explaining the situation multiple times, they refused to correct the charges and instead pushed repayment plans and settlement offers.

What should have been a simple, straightforward move-out turned into a frustrating... back-and-forth where we felt ignored and unfairly billed. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unwillingness to resolve the issue professionally really soured our entire experience.

Came to visit some friends and loved their place so much that I had to get one of my own! Love my closet space and my pup loves the dog park. My first few months have been great! Tiffany in the office made my move in so easy!

I beg you please look elsewhere. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. They let people who have large dogs on the top floors do whatever they want and disrupt your sleep and your life. The management doesn’t care to do anything. Do not live here.

WORST MANAGEMENT OF ALL TIME- DO NOT MOVE HERE! This property is 21 years old the company that currently owns it states that they did cosmetic renovations to the property. I promise you, the cosmetic renovations aren’t worth the price increase. You will still have dated white cabinets pay more than anywhere for trash service ($45) and a “community fee” to use the amenities ($18) to top it off, the management team is never in the office if you need help, you will be routed to the “Central Office”... a call center. I have only been here for a quarter of a year and I have put in three service request for a running toilet That has not been fixed to this day, Which ran my water bill up! I was told it would be fixed and that someone would speak to me about a credit that was a month ago! Last, but not least the apartment is unsafe I was electrocuted by a GFCI outlet in my kitchen, This is not only a fire hazard, but dangerous to the residents and their property! We have lived here 5+ years and they have definitely gotten worse each year. We will be moving ASAP. There is police in the complex atleast once a week. A month ago SWAT team was here. Definitely don't feel safe having my family here. Constantly people speeding through the community, noisey neighbors, smells like weed all the time. No parking due to dumpster bins taking up all the parking. They charge premium rent for not a premium complex or amenities.
