no one’s ever in office

Tried moving here no one answers the phone. Came by twice yesterday sign said they’d be back at 10am if was 11:50 the first time we showed up. Came back at 1pm no one was there still. No one answers the phone at all neither.

Don’t even think about it

This is the most shady apartment complex ever. They don’t fix things. Promised a fully remodeled apartment. & paints over EVERYTHING. don’t waste your money here

DO NOT DO IT!

Empty promises. The units have been “remodeled” but they’re just putting lipstick on a pig and over-charging.

Skeptic First/Believer Now

I was a skeptical and nearly an impossible tenant when I moved in seeing the reviews. I have been here one year this month & they are not only improving the property but they also follow through with any issues I may have that go beyond maintenance. I just renewed my lease & am VERY impressed with this property & the management & leasing office!

THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM, ACCEPTING CASH AS APP FEE.& USING ECUIFAX TO DENY
RENTERS BASED ON CREDIT REPORT ONLY,& HIDING THE NAMES OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY SO CAN NOT TALK TO ANYONE, AS HARVEY SURVIVORS WE DONT NEED TO BE
SCAMMED! MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THE GREEN RIVER TOWNHOMES, THEY WILL NOT APPROVE YOU BASED ON CREDIT SCORE EVEN THO YOU HAVE PERFECT RENTAL HISTORY & ADEQUATE INCOME. WONT APPROVE &THEY ARE GOING TO COURT WITH PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE NOW FOR NOT PAYING RENT, DO... NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE, THEY COLLECT IN CASH FOR THE RIP OFF APP FEE & YOU GET NOTHING IN RETURN,
