Not only are most of the reviews I’ve read bad, it was proven in my attempt to lease with the Elise! Transitioning from Iowa to Texas and they would not accept that my transfer with a big box corporation would only be a few clicks away. They were not willing to work with me being out of state, but they were sure quick to take my money and keep it! Crime in that area is very high and the Elise is part of it in my eyes.

Serious Roach Problem
I have lived here for only 3 months, and I've put in a service request for roaches every month. Pest control has supposedly come out, because a work order has been left in my apartment each time, but I'm still always seeing roaches in the apartment. I even spray and set out traps myself, but no matter what, they never go away. It's absolutely disgusting and no way to live.

Bristol square
Nice, quiet, cozy place to live. Close to major highways . However the new management sucks
