Checked it out.
No gate and needs lawn maintenance but nice enough. Looked at the property 3/4/17 and was told there would be no vacancies until the end of summer and there was a waiting list of 300 people. Might be a long wait if you are interested.

Hidden Beauty
I love the way that this complex feels like a touch of country in the city. The color of the wood on outside of the buildings reminds you of a log cabin that are nestled in the shady trees and luscious green lawn that surrounds the property.
You will always find residents walking their pets around the property that houses two different courtyard areas, 2 luscious swimming pools, and fitness center/racquet ball court/basketball court. It has a feel of a family park with the grill areas on... the property placed close to a play area for the kids.
There are local restaurants, shopping areas, and schools just a stones through away. If you are looking for peaceful and homey, this is the place to come.

Wind rush apartments
Wind Rush Apartments are very quiet and they keep the grounds very neat and clean I would like to stay long term but time have been hard lately I struggle to make rent every month but I love living here it very safe quiet and well kept.

Staff are horrible and rude
I was upset when I called to inquire about an apartment by the way I was treated when I called. Like I was imposing on their time asking questions. I thought that was what their job was! Isn't it to rent out the vacancies and gain new tenants? I love the property but will never go back to look after this!
