change my review since moving here, the management staff was great until BH came and bought the property. I signed a new lease and had questions, no one returns calls or answers an emails. After I signed my lease the amount what I signed was wrong and no one answers the phone, or returns calls or replies to emails to explain anything to me. Communication here sucks and they act like they don't care, my renewed lease is up in 6 months and I am running out of here.

I’ve only been here a few months, and it’s already the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Severe roach infestations, days without hot water, constant internet outages, and loud neighbors with paper-thin walls make it unbearable. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

Gabby, the property manager, is very vindictive. She added a lease violation, without notice, because I questioned why she refused to have maintenance replace the broken washer and dryer that’s been left in my apartment for over a year. She’s extremely nice when she’s calling and begging to have you renew the lease, however, when I went into the office to view a larger unit, she failed to greet me and ignored me until I walked out 15 minutes later. I’ve had several encounters with her and it’s... always unpleasant. Not only does she fail to explain the lease charges, but she has an extremely sour attitude. I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 years . The old management was good and easy to communicate with. Recently there has been a change in management, try To communicate with management if you want hostile and rude responses to any simple question you ask. Don’t be surprised if you wake and your car is not out side anyone. I wouldn’t recommend any moving into these apartments

Property is okay, interiors have been newly upgraded but still have issues such as many outlets in the apartment not working, water problems, and very thin flooring so you can hear all your neighbors footsteps if you’re unlucky and get anything other than the third floor. Old management was great, easy to talk to and always responding promptly to concerns but that’s not the case with new management.
