I’ve only lived here a couple of months and I love the complex! I’ve only had to put in one work order and the assistant manager Ruth had it taken care of within an hour. She even called me after to make sure everything was taken care of properly! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Dallas area!

Great Apartments in Oakcliff
Upon moving in with the help of the team in the office, they have been nothing but kind and courtesies. I am aware that I am living in Oakcliff and not Highland Park. Great rates and good area right off 30, 2 minutes from Wal-Mart. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Love my new apartment
I was absolutely amazed with how friendly and eager to assist the management is here. They made everything so easy and stress free for the move in. They worked with me and made sure all my needs were taken care of and I felt like a true member of this wonderful community the second I walked into the leasing office. This was the first place of many I viewed that actually made me feel truly welcome and I couldn't be happier with my move in. I want to give a special thank you to everyone in the... leasing office who helped get me ready for move in. I am happier than ever here

Awesome Staff!
I went in on yesterday looking for a 1/1 apartment, i was greeted as soon as i stepped through the door by Heather and was so friendly, she helped me get prices and information for the one bedroom. This office was really nice and the apartment that i saw was very pretty. I am doing my application this weekend for sure!

Do Not Recommend
Ask to view community wall posts when you are at the leasing office. Residents express theft concerns every week and the property does nothing. Crime happens often here. Security needs to be hired. ASK TO SEE COMMUNITY WALL. More than 6 residents have been victims in the span of 2 months. The "gate" is never closed stays open 24/7. Parking is awful as well.
