It is a great location with decent amenities for what it costs. I will say the dishwasher is terrible (things come out with dirty water stains), but idk if other units have that issue. The pool gets pretty busy on the weekends, so if you live near it, it can get loud. The fire alarm also sounds like a banshee hooked up to an amplifier.

Lived here for one year before they raised my renewal price almost $200.

PROS:
- Great location. Pretty affordable for the area, but you get what you pay for. The building itself is old and run down.
- Maintenance is great. Each time I had an issue, they fixed it same day (including AC going out twice in the middle of summer).

CONS:
- Smoke alarm goes off every time you cook. Even with multiple fans running and windows open.
- Upstairs neighbors are SO LOUD. Not sure if it's the construction... of the building or just having bad neighbors, but I was woken up at least twice a week just from hearing neighbors run sprints/wrestling upstairs (jk, idk what they were doing but wow it was loud). Whatever it was, it would shake my entire apartment to the point where it sounded like someone was trying to break in.
- Hallways are pretty dark and dingy
- 3rd floor of the parking garage is super sketchy when it gets dark because half the lights don't work. Also, if you're trying to find a parking spot after 10pm any day of the week, it's gonna be tough.
- The gym is probably the size of my living room. If there's more than two people in the gym you basically won't be able to move. It is nice having access to the gym in the other building.
- Neighbors apartment got broken into. Multiple car breaks ins (almost monthly) if you park on the streets. Security is a big concern
