If you like roaches, fire alarms going off, terrible management, then this is the place for you. This by far has been the WORST apartment complex that I’ve lived in in the DFW area. When you tour everything seems great, the leasing agents are nice then, but once you move in, reality sets in. A month into living in my brand new unit, I experienced a roach infestation. They kept spraying my apartment and it kept getting worse. My neighbor experienced them too. I kept trying to get in contact with... the property manager at the time and she refused to assist until I called corporate. All of a sudden she was able to switch me units. Although I switched units, now my safety was at jeopardy. I dealt with neighbors who knocked on my door and were threatening me because I called the courtesy officer on them. Either the leasing agent or courtesy officer told them who I was. I’m glad I got the interaction on my ring camera. I witnessed a car break in as well and had to call 911 because I couldn’t find the courtesy officer. Cars are ALWAYS getting broken into and they refuse to acknowledge it. Also, pay attention to your lease terms. Once I switched units I resigned my lease 3 times and they came back and tried to give me a notice to vacate because they dropped the ball on their end with making it active. The property manager just signed it a couple of weeks ago. I asked to break my lease due to the health issues here and safety issues and the Regional Manager Kristy and the property manager JR kept falsifying numbers in order for me to break my lease. I just want out. The roaches are spreading across the building too. Especially now that it’s hot. The property is always disgusting, including the trash rooms (which they just painted the floor after I complained), and the parking garage, and hallways. Now they are trying to clean them up. DONT DO IT. Please find somewhere else!! And please don’t comment a generic “I’m sorry to hear about your experience let’s talk” mess.
