I have been a resident here for a year and 6 months. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. I do hate that the neighbors don't clean up their dog poop.

I’ve been living at Watterscape Urban Residential for over a year, and overall it’s a great place to call home. The *staff* really stand out—leasing, management, maintenance, and concierge teams are all friendly, attentive, and quick to respond, usually handling requests within 24?hours, which makes you feel valued and safe?. ¹ ²
The *amenities* are impressive: a clean, well-equipped gym, a nice-size pool, co-working spaces in the clubhouse, and even unlimited... coffee in the lobby. Community events like movie nights, food trucks, and breakfast gatherings add a nice social touch?. The apartments themselves are bright, clean, and spacious, with modern finishes and good-quality appliances. Parking is secure and generally hassle-free, and the building has elevators and key-less entry for convenience?.

I've been a resident here for one year and honestly, the staff is what makes this place great. the office is an absolute gem—always friendly, responsive, and goes the extra mile. The maintenance team is fantastic. Any request I've put in has been handled within 24 hours, and they always communicate what they did. It makes you feel valued and safe
