I would give it a 5 stars if pest control was consistently. I just moved in and there were small cockroaches and spiders webs. A big yuck specially since I live in the biggest apartment. Anything else is great.

I’ve had a good experience living at Watterscape Urban Residential. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the amenities are a nice bonus. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions, and the move-in process was straightforward.
The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, making it easy to get around. I also appreciate that the property feels quiet and well cared for.

Everything is good for the most part. Upstairs neighbor can be a bit noisy and barking dogs have gotten a little better next door. But for the majority of my stay here it’s been nice.

Today marks 30 days since I moved into the Watterscape with my daughter and I could not be happier with my decision. My daughter and I moved here from Chicago without visiting. Lisa in the office did not hesitate to offer me a tour via FaceTime. On the day we arrived, Britnee was very welcoming and showed us around in person. The apartment was just like the pictures - clean, bright, and large! We are very much looking forward to making this our home.
