I love it here! Staff is always nice. Haven’t had a bad experience. Love that everything is nearby. Renewed my lease as soon as I could! Definitely recommend.

We will not be renewing our lease here due to people being disrespectful of volume at the pool at night. We wake up at 5am. If it was them, they would be annoyed too. I wish there was clear hours about noise. We understand it’s summer, but to be woken up by loud screams is extremely disrespectful to those who also live in this community. These people also let their guest take up our parking spaces as I’ve seen them use their parking sticker to let others in. They also not mindful of picking up... after themselves so the shared space is not always kept clean. Very disappointed because the apartment itself is very nice and a good space to live in if it wasn’t for external factors.

I absolutely love it here. It’s an amazing apartment complex with great amenities. The apartment is also very modern a staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

My apartment had light maintenance needs at the time of move in, but I had a same day apply and move-in process. The process was very easy and the leasing manager was extremely helpful.

Moving into Hall Street Flats was a smooth and easy process! The leasing team was super helpful and made sure everything was ready before I arrived. My apartment was clean, in great condition, and matched exactly what I expected. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels very welcoming. I’m really happy with my decision to move here!
