Great service and prompt response to my work order. The staff is always friendly and professional when completing a service call

This is not for marketing: I suspect that the person somewhere above me is pouring the broth of their home-cooked chicken or turkey off the balcony because it is not wise to pour it down the drain. While I appreciate that, it pours onto my balcony without warning. This is the third time -- that I know of -- that this has happened. I have no way to wash it away. Once it congeals, I hesitate to walk onto my balcony because it will stick to my shoes. Please educate residents on proper way to... dispose of broth.
