My water heater first went out this summer. At that time, the pan under the drum was full of water. Instead of replacing the heater, a band aide was done. Since then this heater has stopped working another 4 times. The last time was twice in one week. Again, instead of replacing the heater a band aide was done. I guess you're waiting for it to completely flood the kitchen. At which point I will make sure my insurance company knows all of the maintenance requests that I have put in concerning... this same issue and your failure to properly fix it the first time.

I've been in my unit going on 10 years and it was not new when I moved in. Life expectancy is 8-12 years for a water heater.

Verified Renter

Not sure why a hose was left on high for several days draining into a high foot traffic area. The water was pooling against an electrical transformer on the ground. It also made it a very slippery and muddy experience when walking to the gym entry.
