Before I moved here, I looked extensively and most places at this price range have poor management and bad pest reviews, when I looked into this community I was surprised by the lack of negative comments, at least about the important stuff. Just been here for a couple of weeks but so far everything has gone smoothly, I needed help fixing the garbage disposal and the response was quick and effective. The trash gets picked up when is supposed to, they send reminders about the rules thru email. And... I haven’t had any issues about loud music or disturbances. I would definitely recommend. I have had 2 apartments and in the first one the tenants above me had hug dogs and it was horrible because you could hear them running accross the ceiling as well as every move they made. Just recently moved to 2nd apt where there are no neighbors above but the neighbors across the whole refuse to put their trash in the bin that the valet trash provides. They put the trash out early in the am most times so it sits in the heat. It's disquisting because it attracts flies and rodents this has been... mentioned several times and they ignore management! Then there is all the things that are on tenants balconies all sorts of tacky things. People drying clothes, storage items again ignore management. Love my personal space but embarrassed to bring visitors over because of all of this. Read More

This fixture should not have been an issue in the first place. If powerwashing caused it to be dislodged, maintenance should have addressed it right away. A waste of my time.
