I have had 2 apartments and in the first one the tenants above me had hug dogs and it was horrible because you could hear them running accross the ceiling as well as every move they made. Just recently moved to 2nd apt where there are no neighbors above but the neighbors across the whole refuse to put their trash in the bin that the valet trash provides. They put the trash out early in the am most times so it sits in the heat. It's disquisting because it attracts flies and rodents this has been... mentioned several times and they ignore management! Then there is all the things that are on tenants balconies all sorts of tacky things. People drying clothes, storage items again ignore management. Love my personal space but embarrassed to bring visitors over because of all of this.

This fixture should not have been an issue in the first place. If powerwashing caused it to be dislodged, maintenance should have addressed it right away. A waste of my time.

My overall stay is okay. There are lots of things on tenants balcony that looks tacky. Folks are drying clothes and all sorts of things. I just recently transferred to another unit due to noise above me. The maintenance crew doesn't speak English so it hard to communicate when there is an issue. So there are many improvements that could be made. I lived at Windsor property for almost 5 years. I came from Windsor galleria and they didn't allow all of the things that go on here.
