I Do Not Recommend- Not the Experience Advertised for Long-Term Residents
I'm posting here as a resident who lived at this property for nearly two years. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about operations, parking enforcement, security, and how resident issues are handled. Parking enforcement has been a recurring problem. Vehicles are booted and towed by the property's vendor, Capital Tow. After my license plate was stolen on the property and management was notified, my vehicle was still booted and later towed. According to the documentation I received,... the apartment complex authorized both the boot and the tow, even though I was an active, paying resident. I was not notified before my vehicle was towed, and this occurred while I was out of town. Security was also a concern during my tenancy. I personally experienced package theft, and visible camera coverage in the parking garage and hallways appeared limited. Package delivery can be difficult depending on the courier, often requiring use of Fetch's warehouse, which causes delays. Hallway camera placement did not appear effective for monitoring deliveries. Maintenance and upkeep were inconsistent. Elevators were frequently out of service, the parking garage gate often malfunctioned, stairwells were not consistently cleaned, and pest issues occurred. Despite residents paying monthly valet trash and increased amenity fees, cleaning and maintenance were uneven across the building. Outdoor amenities were poorly maintained, with dirty furniture and shared features that were often not functional. Noise disturbances from neighboring units were also not adequately addressed over extended periods. Overall, there was a lack of accountability and follow-through when resident concerns were raised. I hope corporate leadership reviews these issues and takes meaningful steps to improve safety, maintenance, and responsiveness for future residents.

I thought about moving here but after learning about the residents experiences, I chose somewhere else. management fails to effectively address residents' concerns and prioritizes profits over solutions

Eleven10 is absolutely wonderful! The community and staff are great! I love how it’s conveniently located near the farmers market, the sky deck view is amazing, and the units are spacious. 10/10 recommend!

Great location, Great Staff
My time here has been great, I enjoy walking to the Farmer's Market, and I love my apartment. The storage and size of my apartment is amazing. Helps me stay organized. I love that I don't have to struggle with parking and I get to park on the level I live on. Overall I've enjoyed living here. I look forward to continue and call this place my home.
