I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, the leasing team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and made the application process smooth and stress-free.
On move-in day, everything was ready as promised. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated the small touches, like a welcome packet and clear move-in... instructions. The community is quiet, safe, and beautifully landscaped, with plenty of amenities to enjoy.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everyone I’ve encountered—from office staff to neighbors—has been welcoming and courteous. I truly feel at home here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

The best apartment I’ve seen. I recommend anyone to be one of their residents. I can confidently say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever called home. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean common areas, well-kept landscaping, and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.

Disappointed that the building is called “luxury living” and we are charged for amenities when one elevator has been broken for a year, the other two for 5 months, the pool and jacuzzi are out of order for a few months now, and the building is left accessible to the public because none of the doors or security gate in the parking garage function properly. This is not luxury living. Looking down at a green pool everyday is not luxury. The smelly hallways and rodents are not luxury. We’ve heard... that a “new company” is coming for the elevators about three times now. How can you even show this property to anyone? Must be embarrassing to ask new residents to walk up 5 floors to view their apartment and then have to tell them they gonna have to carry their furniture up those stairs too. Please just fix it all with real updates.

Terrible management, the hot tub has been broken for about a year, the pool is green and they need to hire professionals instead of letting maintenance just continue to fill the pool with tap water and then throw in shock to try and kill the algae.
The elevators have been broken for 6 months, and they spend money on new a new video door access system, but yet the doors don't even lock so maybe fix that first to actually make the access system necessary.
Biggest mistake I made was believing... that management was starting to take care of issues when really since earlier this year things have only gotten worse.
