I have lived here for over 1.5 years and have generally had a good experience until recently. However, there have been several issues that have not been adequately addressed. The property transitioned to Spectrum as the only internet provider, and the cost is now included in the rent. Unfortunately, this change eliminated other options for residents. I notified the office staff and submitted a... request to have them repaired, but there has been no progress and the chargers remain out of service.
