I have lived here for over 1.5 years and have generally had a good experience until recently. However, there have been several issues that have not been adequately addressed. The property transitioned to Spectrum as the only internet provider, and the cost is now included in the rent. Unfortunately, this change eliminated other options for residents. Additionally, the electric vehicle charging stations have been nonfunctional since December 2025. I notified the office staff and submitted a... request to have them repaired, but there has been no progress and the chargers remain out of service. I hope management can address these issues promptly, as they impact the overall living experience for residents.

Gwen Made My Time Here (and Move-Out) Stress-Free!
Gwen is truly one of a kind. She wasn’t just helpful — she was a real lifeline for me throughout my time here. Whenever I felt stuck or unsure of what to do, Gwen was the person who stepped in with clear answers, practical solutions, or simply the reassurance I needed to keep moving forward.
What stood out the most was her kindness. Gwen never once made me feel like a bother or just another resident in the system. She took the time to really listen, explained things thoroughly, and always... treated me with respect. That level of genuine care is rare, and it turned what could have been stressful experiences into manageable, even positive ones.
When it came time for my recent move-out — usually the hardest and most stressful part — Gwen once again went above and beyond. She was organized, thoughtful, and made sure the process went smoothly from start to finish. That extra attention and patience made all the difference and left me with a lasting positive impression.
Gwen is professional, compassionate, and dependable in every sense of the word. I’m deeply grateful for all the ways she helped me, and I can recommend her wholeheartedly.

Unsafe and Poorly Managed
Garage parking gate is consistently broken, and packages often stolen. Property is dirty and poorly maintained.
