Overall, my experience at Trails at Wolf Pen Creek has been positive. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the location is great—close to campus and convenient for getting around town. The community amenities are also nice and well-maintained.
The only major issue I've encountered has been with roaches. It's been frustrating at times, but outside of that, everything else has met or exceeded expectations. If pest control were more... effective, this would be an ideal place to live.

The maintenance is not the best due to prolonged waiting for easy fixes but other than that everything is pretty nice. I like getting updates on things going on in the complex.

It has been awesome living here. The maintenance takes some time to be considered by the apartments, but besides that it is good to be living here. Also, the flex app is wonderful to help us to pay for rent.

3 star only because the roach issue is unbearable. Everything pretty much works fine though management can do better with communication. Apart of that, great place to stay.
