They charge unjustified “damage” fees when you leave
Horrible experience overall with communication from the leasing office.
It seems that during my 1 year lease, the office changed staff several times.
I asked the office employees to provide me guidelines for mounting my TV and running wires behind the wall. I was told that I could hide wires as long as it was done with the use of an electrical cover . When I moved out I got an excessive fee for this even though I hired a handy man to fill in the small holes that were used to mount the TV... .
When I asked into the charges I was told to talk to someone in billing who isn’t located at the apartment location.
This person had no clue about the previous conversation I had and kept sending me emails that didn’t make sense in regards to my dispute.
I even took photos and video when I left the apartment. It’s as if they are looking to charge leaving residents incredible amounts of money for concerns that I were brought up and discussed with management.
I highly recommend looking somewhere else or preparing for a high bill when you decide to terminate your lease. This is ridiculous

Great layout and perfect location
We found this apartment by looking for something modern & cool with great amenities. We fell in love with the community. Alexandra & Tiffany have been super helpful. Prices are very reasonable and in line with the area.

Poor Move-In Experience - Incomplete Apartment
Back in March 2023, the layout we wanted was still under construction. As a result, we were shown a different apartment layout and expected a ready to move-in apartment; however, that was not the case. We let the leasing property know we were flexible with the move in date, if there were any construction delays. We were not provided any construction updates unless we asked and were advised it would be available on time. We were also unable to see the progress of our place until our move in day... .
We arrived at the leasing office for our move in on Friday, May 5, and were notified that the cleaning crew was in the process of tidying our place. However, as we walked into our place we noticed not only the cleaning crew there, but the maintenance crew was testing our oven and shower. Please note, testing was done at our expense as we had the utilities turned on by the requested move in date. Upon entering, a burning smell was evident and we were advised the oven was turned on accidentally with paper inside.
We had a horrendous move in experience as it took us 3+ hours to complete our move in checklist. When reviewing our checklist, it seems the apartment was not thoroughly inspected for completeness and construction. It was apparent that the apartment was not ready for us to move in, as we found our place with a hole in the wall under the sink, damage to the wood floor, a broken sink, random holes in cabinets, wood shaving falling near screws in almost all drawers and many more issues. We notified Alejandra and within two days she let us know that the construction team would address our issues on Friday, May 12. We are disappointed and frustrated that the apartment was not ready for us to move in and were not offered any compensation or rent adjustment.
