This property is click bait. 1. It’s by railroad tracks… 2. There’s loud Jets that fly over ATLEAST every other hour during the day.. 3. The staff is bland and they don’t seem to be very personable, they’re just there to get paid. 4. We have put in a work order to get our refrigerator filter replaced and it’s been 2.5 weeks since we’ve even heard from anybody. 5. Lastly, and definitely not the least. NOT EVEN lived here for A MONTH and we have encountered ROACHES 3 different times (keep in mind... they spray at the end of each month, we moved in at the beginning of August), and ANTS! Why are ants in my dryer? EVEN AFTER they sprayed!
WHY should we sit here and report this to the staff IF WE JUST MOVED IN, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH! It should have been cleaned, it should have been sprayed BEFORE we moved in. NO EXCUSES!
Thankfully they have a new 30 day guarantee on the lease agreement, and we were able to get out of our lease before the first 30 days was up! - Praise God for that.
Very disappointing for a place that looks and seems so nice to have encountered a review like this.

Aura Benbrook
Not enough stars to rate property Manager and staff. Professional, caring ,Capable respectful, is just a few adjective I used to describe. My living experience has been great. Maintenance Crew (Hector) response within a timely matter to service request. Property Manager is capable of generating effective solutions for complex issues in a timely matter.

Perfect little spot
My daughter needed a place to move to that would be close to her job after graduating college. Because of her lack of rental history, I had to sign on the lease with her. Management was extremely easy to work with and communicated everything in a professional and easy to understand process. We had one minor maintenance issues and it was handled the same day. The most surprising part was the check we received in the mail after she moved out. Neither of us were expecting to receive the deposit... back!

Townhouse
We love our townhome and especially the large yard for our dog to run around in!! The double garage, priceless!! It’s my understanding that this is a new management company and I hope they are here to stay.
