Do not move here unless you want your entire unit to smell like marijuana for MONTHS because people have no respect for other residents and nothing can be done about it.
Now for the staff they have always been great people.

The complex is ok but, the drug use and smell of Marijuana is intoxicating. You can't sit on your patio because of the smell of weed. If you complain to the office, they will tell you they can do nothing about it. Exact words were "It is was it is". The gym equipment is coming apart because it's not maintained. The rules on property should not be there because there are no rules and consequences. The loud cars will also wake you early mornings and late at night. Beware of this place!!!!!

The owners violated the lease by adding new charges to the rent midway through the lease. Instead of waiting for me to renew my lease to add the charge, I was asked to move.

The property is very nice and I love the floor plan. However, the buildings are poorly constructed. My neighbors are big pot smokers and my apartment smells like weed all the time. This is a non-smoking complex, but the office has yet to do anything about it even though it’s been reported. There is a general lack of respect for neighbors. There is a lot of yelling, fighting, banging and kids running and jumping inside the units. All of these issues are in the lease agreement, but not enforced....
