He manages both Residential and Commercial properties plus Specializes in Commercial Real Estate on top of being a Property Manager. I have been in Real Estate since 2004 and in my first full year as a Realtor, I was awarded Texas/Louisiana Rookie of the Year. Since then, I have received Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer awards for 20 years from 2005-2025. In 2011, I was selected by Houston Association of Realtors as one of the Top 20 under 40 agents in Houston. In 2012 I was one of the Top Listing Agents in HAR in 2011, 2012 & 2016. In 2014 I was #17 in Buyers Agents out of 25K Realtors in HAR for the entire year. 2019 I was a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider and 2021 Featured in Top 100 People in Real Estate. I am proud to say I have been a 12-year 5 Star Award winner in Texas Monthly Magazine.
