I toured The Janis with Cody, the Community Manager, and it was fantastic! Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. The apartments are inviting, spacious, and full of natural light, and the community is well-maintained with great amenities. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an amazing experience since moving into The Janis! The community is new, beautiful, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the office team. Cody, Aubrey, Gabby, and Emily are outstanding — always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of.
