Friendly people, attentive staff. I was able to get a maintenance request sorted very quickly. The apartment is very nice as well, but has very little sound-proofing.

I moved in 3 days ago and I absolutely love it! Staff is so kind and maintenance gets back to us extremely fast. Love it here. We also got a chance to talk to some of the residents here and they're super friendly!

Everyone in the community is very nice! We have enjoyed meeting our neighbors and can’t wait to attend an event! The complex is beautiful we love the amenities. We feel at home already after just moving in!

The Blockyard is a great community for young adults. I prefer living in a smaller apartment complex, and I love that there aren't too many units. Although I haven't used them often, there are great amenities at the apartment, and I appreciate that the staff is always maintaining the community areas as best as possible. I would argue that there need a bit better insulation, which I'm not sure they can resolve, but twice I have dealt with ungodly loud neighbors and it makes me believe that the... insulation process was not super great.

Elizabeth from the leasing office is the best - she gave a great tour and move-in was super easy. The building is great - especially if you work from home and/or have a pet!
