I had a water leak they refused to come fix the issue and still have not will not recommend to anyone who cares about there health

I have lived here for 2 years now, and Starburst has really made a turnaround! The last company that was here didn't make me feel at home but with this new management, let me tell you they are the nicest people! And have gotten my orders done very quickly.

Please DO NOT move here under any circumstances. The website is completely misleading and the apartments do not look anything like that at all. My girlfriend had a HORRIBLE experience - she looked at the pictures and tours online and signed the lease based off of that (also always make sure to view the apartments and complex in person for any apartment, another lesson learned). When we got there to move her in, they said her floors weren't ready and needed another day and only provided a small... compensation. Then when the apartment was ready, the dishwasher was broken, the walls were scuffed up, everything is very old and shoddily maintained, and it was essentially unlivable. She then had to break her lease, and even that process took so long and all the support staff was super unhelpful and made things worse. She had to call numerous times to get even a small update, and they purposefully dodged her calls and ignored her. Cassandra is extremely rude and unprofessional, and made the experience exponentially worse. This apartment does not treat you with respect or kindness at all. The most incompetent staff I've ever seen. Advertises ASAP move in, but they pushed back the move in date to a week away. Surprise deposit mark up totally defeats the month free advertised.

Youll also hear the highway everywhere you step aside from in the room if you're lucky.

*** I would not suggest renting here***Please be ware of this apartment community! I have been a resident 3 months and this has been the worst overall leasing experience I have had as a tenant. My move in date was delayed without a notice on two occasions and the apartment is still not move in ready. The apartment community did not clean the apartment or spray for pest prior to move in, which seems to be a huge problem at Starburst. I have had issues with my hot water twice in 3 months, missing... floor tile, missing parts to dishwasher, and no closet rails to hang my clothes on in the closet to say the lease. At best I would describe the management and staff as incompetent. If you call i doubt you will get a answer and the staff often forgets to enter your maintenance request in the system. Living at this community has been extremely stressful for someone that travels for work, not knowing what mess I will come back home to with this community. Don't be fooled by the pictures online because they don't accurately show the community. The gym is only open during business hours which doesn't make sense if you work a traditional work schedule, so that amenity is not very useful. The water bill charges here are insane! $140 for on month of water usage is very expensive for a one bedroom apartment. Again please be ware of this community and stay away.1 Read More
