I had a great experience when I lived at Orbit. The staff that is there are friendly. It’s one of the places that I will return if I decide to live in apartments again. From the manager Larissa to the maintenance treated you with kindness and respect.

I just moved out in July and I can honestly say this was by far the worst living experience I have had. My first month was fine but everything after that was horrible. Maintenance never got taken care of on time unless I nagged and complained multiple times. I specifically asked for me to be present one time and they went in my apartment anyways and lied to me about it. Roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean. There is always a water issue and will be shut off every other month, so... expect to come home to water shut offs every month. Laundry facility it pathetic, half of the machines work. Visiting the apartment complex yesterday and April helped me with all my questions I had. She was very helpful and understood everything I was looking fir. Very satisfied with my experience recommend Orbit Apartments as I will.

this apartment complex has never cleaned or replaced any of the units. For example a unit their by the dog park on premise. This unit has black mold and the management new about it but only painted over the area and called it a new unit
