My partner and I have lived here for five years, and have even witnessed changes in leasing management, and we have never once thought about leaving. Management responds pretty quickly, monthly pest control, routine community functions like pool parties and even food drives. The complex is older, and well loved, but well maintained. We’re minutes from downtown, but far away enough that evenings are quiet.

When we first moved to Austin, we lived in a studio apartment on campus that wanted to... raise our rent by half, within the first year of living there. Since living at Magnolia Court, our rent increases annually, but it’s way more accommodating to our income.

Do you want a VERY affordable place to live 10 minutes from Downtown? This is the place for you! These apartments are a bit older but they have put effort into updating them. The grounds are pleasant and the staff is wonderful. Felicia has gone out of her way to help me on multiple occasions on everything from moving within the complex to accidently overpaying rent. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow getting to things but for the most part, everything is efficient and excellent.

I came to know that someone turned in a notice and a one bedroom apartment became available today. I talked to three leasing agents to see what I should do to get the apartment and was trying to fill in an application online. But, online application keeps complaining missing required fields. I called leasing office and they said put NA for all empty fields but it still keeps complaining missing fields. So, I asked the leasing office if I could scan and email the application but it won't allow me... to print without the missing fields.
Then someone from leasing office called me and said someone had put in a deposit and so it is not available. I just wasted four hours talking to leasing office and trying to get the application put in. It just sucks from start to finish. Read More

I just moved in and am so happy to be here!

I have what has been called "an impossible standard of cleanliness." I am totally aware of this, so I always plan on having to clean any new place prior to moving in. Much to my surprise, I did not have to do that upon moving into my new place here at Magnolia Court! This is the first time that has EVER happened. I was thrilled!

It is a decsent place to live. Property is a little old but you are close to I35. Pretty quite around the evenings. Bus routes are close to front gate and there are a couple of bars within walking distance.
