Office staff very unhelpful. Very ditzy and seemingly often clueless about how to do basic things or communicate professionally. Maintenance staff often unprofessional also, slacking off and chatting or playing on their phones in the midst of in-unit repairs. Laundry on-site often malfunctions with no recourse through office. You're on your own when machines fail to operate or dryers don't get warm. Many machines always broken. Neighbors often leave dog poop out to stink along walkways and green... areas. Sprinkler system constantly broken throughout the property leaving puddles or muddy areas. Trees and landscaping also unkept with branches or debris in walkway more days than not. Oh! And the bugs, in and around all areas with plumbing... the pests just keep coming back. Overall would not recommend unless you're desperate. Neighbors are mostly respectful and quiet. Poor Management, dog stuff in the grass and volleyball area, onsite washers and dryers rarely work, spotty maintenance.

I've live in these apartments for 2 years. The location is great, the rent isn't bad for Austin, but above all the staff is amazing! I loved living here! I had to move out of state for school but if I ever come back to Austin, I definitely want to live here! Thank you Tia and Kristy for being so great! You can't go wrong with anything about these apartments!

I wake up and think I must be on vacation. Community is well taken care of featuring lots of landscaping and only two story buildings giving it a more home appeal. The inside features big windows, high ceilings, nice wood floors, and modern kitchen all which are nice for the soul. Apartments with similar price-per-square ft were not as well-kept and in not prime locations. My benefits include restaurants and highways all around me; jacuzzi, gym, tennis and sand volleyball courts in my backyard... . Cons: mosquitoes love me here and girlfriend hates parking convenience. The spartments a very nice and the staff is awesome. Any issue we had (which was almost never) was fixed immediately. Maintenance fixes anything and everything. They are great with pets and have waste stations everywhere. The location is perfect. Close to major highways but tucked away so there's not a lot of noise. Highly recommended these apartments!
