My husband and I have lived here for over 8 years now and I highly recommend it! Angela (manager) is awesome! Office is always patient and kind. Maintenance is handled in good timing. Sure, non emergency things might take an extra day, but when you have an emergency, they are there to handle it quickly and competently! When the maintenance folks are doing something outside and see me needing help getting garbage carried, etc, they are quick to offer a hand! I know some of the people that... work here also live here, and it really makes it feel like a neighborhood that is invested in its outcome.

The grounds are amazing. The pool area looks like a high priced vacation spot. The gym has great equipment as well as steam and dry sauna in locker rooms. (That is one thing I'd change, so my husband and I could sit together.)
The new dog park is my favorite spot, though. The agility equipment wears out my doggo and he adores it! Having such a nice place to sit, have coffee, and relax for a bit is a huge thing to me.

We have had neighbors that have become family. We have had neighbors that are now friends. We have had other neighbors that aren't our favorite, but we've never had a "neighbor problem". I love the times the pool is busy with neighbors laughing and hanging out. I love the diversity of the population here. Occasionally the office will have a community event with pizza and music. Those are so much fun! It is great to find new friends!

We recently decided that we like it enough we moved to a larger unit. Management was wonderful with making it a smooth transition.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars, because I think perfect reviews can be suspect, but I wouldn't drop it to 4 stars!

I’ve lived in phase 2 for 3 years and there have been multiple problems with homeless people just hanging out on the stairs at all hours and car break ins and stolen items such as packages and bikes. Management does nothing even though this is supposed to be a gated community. Don’t recommend living here.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and it’s the best decision I ever made. The staff is incredibly friendly, the neighbors are wonderful, and the amenities are excellent. I feel very safe here. Everything I eat is close by, and don’t have to worry about bad traffic. I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years and we really like it. Quiet, beautiful grounds, large bathroom, friendly neighbors and a playground that's great for the kiddos. We definitely are staying here until we decide to buy a home. My only issue is parking can get tough at times and there used to be a courtesy notice when packages arrive in the office. But those are minimal. Pricing for our unit is very good especially in the area. Great value. I definitely would recommend.
