I’ve been asking for things to be fixed since I moved in, in October 2019. The A/C goes out ALL THE TIME, the maintenance people just bandaid the issues, never fixed properly. I’ve put in numerous work orders and they always seem to magically disappear, or they lie and say we weren’t home when at least one person is home at all times. And the roaches are horrible. Had to buy my own pesticides just to treat for them because they say “well if we only treat yours and your neighbors have them,... they’ll just keep coming”. I will be looking for a new place to live towards the end of my lease. Oh yea and they’re over priced, especially for how poorly this property is managed.

THEY GOT ROACHES
The new property management is very hard to get a hold of. And they charge WAY too much for a one bedroom knowing the circumstances they put us through all year including a broken ac, poor water pressure and the roach and ant problems.
