I recently toured here and fell in love with the renovated apartments! The staff was also very kind and professional. I definitely recommend checking it out for anyone looking for apartments in Arlington.

i moved here in February 2019 and it was literal hell from the tome i moved in til i mived out. the very first week i moved i had a house warming party, next day roaches were all over the kitchen! i’m not a nasty person so i know for sure i didn’t transport them. i had “pest control” come and spray the apt like 5 times and it did absolutely nothing. the coolant from ac leaks in bathtub. ac went out in 90+ degree weather. thin walls and you can literally hear everything thats going on outside.... car alarms go off constantly. police sirens constantly and my car was broken into twice. and in 11 months they changed property managers 3 times. this place is literally a joke. i wish i could give them negative stars
