The house is located off Randol Mill Rd and Fielder Rd, just a 5 minute drive from UTA, 25 minutes from Downtown Dallas and 20 minutes away from Downtown... Fort Worth. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Room is unfurnished and have a shared bathroom. Tenant will be allowed to use all amenities in the house which include living area, kitchen, porch, driveway, washer and drier, garage and swimming pool. We ask for tenants to clean after themselves. No illegal drugs or smoking allowed within the premises of the house. We have a big dog who uses the back porch and backyard.
