Blake Cothran loves the Nashville area and the people that live in it! He studied business and real estate at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and proceeded to work with a large national commercial firm on institutional real estate deals. Following that Blake helped to start a community bank in the Atlanta area. A strong entrepreneurial spirit and urge to start a family brought him back home to his birthplace of Nashville, where he has owned investment real estate since he was a teenager. In his free time, he is very involved in his community and church, and loves to get outdoors as much as he can. Blake also enjoys coaching and spending time with his family when he is taking a break from real estate. Blake started Legacy Real Estate Group to help his clients make wise choices with regards to their real estate investments and holdings, whether it is just their primary house or large portfolio enabling them to have the Legacy everyone hopes for. He has used his real estate and banking knowledge to grow Legacy's management portfolio and enable it to branch into other facets of real estate, including building and development. This broad scope has allowed Legacy to offer clients more options and possibilities with regard to their real estate holdings.
