A/C being broken for 5 months of the hottest weather TN has experienced in decades. Maintenance is shows up and does a “fix” that lasted maybe two days at best. Multiple complaints that apparently fell on the deaf ears of whoever manages this dump. Water damage from the ice storm that went unfixed for months even after multiple calls and there own walk throughs. Maintenance finally shows up to do work, takes our window slats for the balcony to fix water damage and just never comes back. Then... after all of this they have the audacity to try and charge me $100 for them? Stayed there through multiple management companies and each somehow did worse than the one before. Just sloppy old housing that has been on the news multiple times for there negligence towards air conditioning and even entire town homes collapsing on themselves. The complex is about 46 years old and has had little to no maintenance repairs or upgrades. Everything is painted over and not cleaned or fixed properly. There is mold growing in so many areas of my apartment. It’s horrible do NOT move in to this place!!!

n the year and a half I’ve lived here, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with not one, not two, but three different management companies—each somehow worse than the last. Here’s a quick highlight reel of life here from July 2024 to now (Nov 2025):

-The AC has broken multiple times and is still not actually fixed. Every company sends someone out for another “temporary fix” that lasts maybe a week before dying again.
-We currently have no working heat, which is really fun in the winter.
-Our dryer... broke repeatedly within two months, and we only got a new one after going to the office and demanding one.
-The walkway to our entrance had lifted wooden planks for MONTHS before anyone cared to fix them. It’s shocking no one faceplanted over the railing.
-The new management has overcharged me three different times by about $100 each and seems genuinely baffled every time I ask why it keeps happening.
-One of my overnight guests even had their hubcaps stolen in the parking lot.

Overall, living here has been one long lesson in lowered expectations. If you enjoy constant maintenance issues, safety hazards, surprise charges, and parking lot theft, you’ll fit right in. Read More

What a charming community. I enjoy the facilities immensely.

Building was clean. Parking was safe. Lot of space. Clean outside area with beautiful water features surrounding the property. Good place to raise a family.
