My husband and I have absolutely loved living at the Knolls! The office staff are beyond kind and helpful, maintenance staff are excellent and have addressed all our concerns in a timely manner, the community itself is maintained very well and beautiful and the community events are always so wonderfully set up and fun! Alaina is a fantastic property manager who really cares about her residents and community. We highly recommend the knolls to anyone looking for a warm, fun community to live in!

STAY AWAY!!!
Lie!!! Lie!!! Lie!!! Tell you rent is one thing, then it's totally different. Barge into your apartment, no privacy. Won't fix things, light sockets, drips, etc. Office staff rude, plain rude. Once you move in, you see how cheap they really are. Filth.

Great Service
Didn’t end up leasing, but the Community Manager, Alaina, was fantastic! Bubbly, energetic and informative. If only all property managers could be as knowledgeable as she is!

Love my home at The Knolls
I’ve lived at the Knolls for almost 4 years and I love it. Great community, always well maintained and kind staff in the office! I love the pool and how responsive the maintenance team is. I couldn’t imagine a better spot.
